Make Your Escape

Derby's first live escape room isn't just an escape room of codes, and locks, but an immersive "second generation" escape room, with captivating stories, effects, and a lot of fun. Teams of 2-10 players are invited into one of our locked, themed rooms, and have to use logic, common sense and teamwork to 'escape'!

Escape rooms are the fastest growing sector of the entertainment industry - an alternative day or evening out with your friends, family or work colleagues...but you need to work together if you're to succeed against a ticking clock.

The Make Your Escape team are enthusiasts and have blogged for the premier escape room company Exit Games, and brought in props and ideas from around Europe to give Derby something fun, entertaining and challenging using a mixture of traditional padlocks and puzzles, to a few surprises.

Derby's first ever escape room game 'The Signal' starts with your team having intercepting a distress signal from a mysterious, military bunker. Once the door closes, you realise you are not alone... This first escape game offers a unique experience where you can make a choice...then make your escape...
'Spellbound', meanwhile, is based on the legend of the Bakewell Witches, executed outside our premises in 1608! As you stumble across their cabin 400 years later, you embark on an hour of mystery, a quest to cast a spell, in a magical (rather than scary!) experience. Spellbound is specifically designed for larger teams, so bring your friends or colleagues - it's a tough challenge but incredibly rewarding should you make your escape....
