The houses have been designed by world class leading architects and our sympathetic to their surroundings of 550 acres of pristine unspoilt Cotswold countryside. Boasting 7 individual lakes, woodlands and hedgerows and a network of private footpaths, this really is the back to kick back and relax!
The estate also has its very own award-winning Pervonia £ 6.5m Spa facility, which is very much the heart of the estate and provides the perfect hub for meeting up with friends and taking time out to relax.

In the interests of clarity, the onsite ArtSpa facility is also not owned by ourselves, but as tenants on the estate is available to all of our holiday guests.
