Lush Cosmetics Intellectual Property

We would like to see;

1. Details of entities using the LUSH name to sell cosmetic products that aren't genuine LUSH;

2. Details of LUSH product names used by other companies;

3. Details of counterfeit LUSH products;

4. Details of any lifted LUSH photographs, artwork, or text, that has come from an official LUSH source.

Intellectual Property law is complex, and is different in each country. Lush and Cosmetic Warriors take the protection of the LUSH brand seriously, and in giving us details you are helping us to protect the brand.

Although we cannot promise to give an individual response to every communication, each will be reviewed and acted upon where appropriate. As much as we would like to, we cannot publicly discuss actions taken in response to issues or cases, or our individual trade marks or Patents, as doing so may prejudice our rights.
