Mobile personal training service based in Inverurie and surrounding areas.

If your not a fan of the gym or just can't find the time to go, I can come to you with a car full of equipment to do either a half hour or hour personal training session, either 1-2-1 or group sessions.

You don't have to have a massive space at home, you'd be surprised with the amount of exercises you can do using your staircase, kitchen chair or even a piece of cloth! Alternatively sessions can be done in the local park with a group of friends.

As well as personal training sessions, I also offer fit tests to help track your progress and nutrition plans to maximise your results.
