LPG Personal Training

With being strongly into Health, Sport and Fitness the majority of my life and approaching it from a range of different angles, learning from my own experiences and the knowledge of others along the way, I developed a passion to share my knowledge, experience and expertise to others who need it.

Now as a gym-based and mobile Personal Trainer, I am able to offer a wide variety of training and methods to suit all individual client needs. Whether it be;
- Training for a 10km run within the gym
- Wanting to decrease body fat percentage at the local park
- Simply wanting to improve your general fitness, making daily activities much easier within the comfort of your own home

- Partner (2)
- Group (3-6+)
