LPC Living is an award-winning developer specialising in urban regeneration with 1,300 homes built to date owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust. We’re a small - but perfectly formed house builder - helping first-time buyers and families buy their dream home across the North West.

Since 2002, we have been the driving force behind the £150m transformation of Ordsall, Salford in partnership with Salford City Council. To date we have constructed and sold over 500 new homes in Ordsall, helped fund a new primary school and invested in parks and green spaces.
