Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company Terms & Conditions/Terms of Hire

The Love is Sweet Candy Cart company requires a £50 booking fee to hold your date this is non-refundable and is required to book the sweet cart for the customers event. This fee may only be transferred to another date upon arrangement between the Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company are not obliged to do so. Four weeks prior to the hire date, The Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company will require payment of final fees including a £100 damage or destruction of equipment/glassware hired. This is returned to the customer within 1 week of the event.

In the event of un repairable damage to the sweet cart, which renders the Sweet cart un useable the customer will be liable to pay Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company £300. The assessment on whether the sweet cart is un repairable will be made by the Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company.

He customer agrees to allow photographs taken by the staff of Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company to be used for promotional purposes.

For cart hire only (DIY packages) no drawing pins or types of tape are to be used on the sweet cart, if used this will be classed as damage. Blue or white tack only can be used.

The cart will be assembled and dismantled by Love is Sweet Company personnel only.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that during inclement weather the sweet cart is protected.

Delivery and pick up to venues within 20 mile radius of catterick (DL107NN) are included in the cost of hire, outside of this incurs a charge of 45p per mile for petrol and additional travelling time.

All breakages and loss must be paid for by the customer not the venue.

The following cancellation charges apply-
Cancellation within 4 weeks of the event -50% of total cost.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the event-100% of the total cost.

In the event of cancellation, any breakage deposit paid will be fully refunded. In the unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by 'Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company' any payments received will be fully refunded.

Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company accept cash,cheque,postal order and bank transfer.

Nut Allergies & Safety Warnings

Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have Traces of nut or nut oils, or may have been made along side other products containing nuts. Love is Sweet Candy Cart Company cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. Customers should also ensure that children are suitably supervised to avoid sweeties being chosen which would pose a choking risk. This is even more important for children under 5yrs.
