Loui is a mechanic and qualified M.O.T tester, with over 40 years experience of working on cars. He specialises in Renault cars.

His wife Jan is responsible for the day to day running of the office.

His two sons Michael and David have been interested in cars long before they were even old enough to drive! They now work in the business as service technicians.
