Loudoun House

Loudoun House is a Residential Home providing placements for up to 35 people, and extensively improved in 1998. The home meets current legislation requirements under the Care Standards Act 2000. It is situated in the pleasant market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and has easily accessible transport routes to and from the town centre – situated only half a mile away. It is a two storey building with Service User passenger lift. There are no ‘odd’ internal steps hazardous to visually impaired Service Users and all facilities are fitted to meet Service Users identified needs. The gardens are well maintained and easily accessible to all residents, including an enclosed Courtyard for more ‘at risk’ vulnerable residents.
