Lotus Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) was founded in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. The name Reiki comes from Japanese words ‘rei’ meaning universal and ‘ki’ meaning energy. This universal energy is channelled through the practicioner and is safe and non-invasive. It can be used to treat anyone of any age due to its gentle nature. Reiki treatments enhance the body’s own natural ability to heal, be it mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

Reiki is approved by the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is recognised by the NHS.

Reiki treatments are relaxing and stress reducing and are compatable with other complementary therapies and conventional medical treatments.

I practice Reiki healing in my home during evenings and weekends.
