We are a friendly group that is seeking to attract people interested in mindfulness meditation in London.

Robert takes the guided meditations that are inspired by Eckhart Tolle and there is a talk and questions on a specific mindfulness topic each week.

Robert has been practicing meditation for a number of years. The meditation is non-religious. Everyone is welcome.
