Elise Jewellery sell a mix of home made and ready made Jewellery including hand beaded items, pendants, earrings, memory lockets, hand stamped items, resin, gemstone, wine glass charms, bookmarks, key rings and anything else that comes to mind! (No items are suitable for under 3's). I still sell aluminium, stainless steel and plated metal items! I sell many of my items on Etsy and obviously here!
My non hand made Sterling Silver items are 925 silver (stamped where possible), are coated in 100% silver (or Gold/Rose gold) and also have E coating over the top for extra protection! Some item also contain fresh water pearls, cubic zirconia, crystal, Opals and semi precious stones. These items are sourced from a reputable high street supplier at a fraction of the cost!
Lockets.
- I have compared lockets to find good quality silver or rose gold plated ones. I use my own chain so it can be cut to your length.

- A Photo of any personalised order is sent to you before I post out so you are completely happy with your item (no refunds if the item is fully personalised to an extent where i cannot re sell e.g. a name)
- Please note hand stamped items can differ slightly and will not always be perfectly straight due to the nature of hand stamping.
- Plated items, like all platings, will tarnish over time. I have found that rubbing (gently) with a silver polishing cloth works a treat!
- Please note any jewellery by nature is delicate and needs to be treated with care (e.g. pulling on chains or elastic can cause breakage, dropping lockets with glass etc)
- All items are in photos/albums. Please message me if you wish to place an order
- Payment is by bank transfer or Paypal.
- Items are usually mounted on card, inside an organza bag inside a postage box. They are posted out second class signed for at a cost of £2.50 (up to 100grams - over this the price increases with weight).
Refunds/Returns Policy.
We are flexible and understanding and always do our best to accommodate your needs. There are however a few guidelines that we must take into consideration (from the Consumer contracts regulations 13th June 2014).
Personalised Items are non-returnable. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a full refund including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
