DRAWING WORKSHOPS

Creative Drawing for Adults.
we will be developing your skills as an artist and getting you to flex your creative muscles, using a variety of mixed media techniques brought to you in a fun and interactive environment.

We know everyone can draw, but not everyone will draw the same way. We’re confident that this workshop will free up some of your inhibitions and encourage you to see a different and exciting way to make art, whilst also getting the chance to meet new people. All materials and tools will be provided by us!


Aims:
To enable anyone who believes they can’t draw to make a picture on paper and be able to understand that there are alternative ways to draw.

Equipment provided:

Drawing materials such as crayons, pens, pencils and felt tips.
Paper and surfaces to make images on. Images to work from.

Workshop Leaders Role:
To present the workshop to all the attendees, deliver different examples of drawing and provide inspiration through examples from various artists past and present as well as our own work.
We will be talking all the participants through their creative processes and wherever necessary we will be encouraging and supporting anyone struggling to start. We will also open up discussion between the participants and us about making artwork, and in particular what makes a ‘good’ drawing.
