I started with no knowledge of sales, network marketing or any real makeup skills. I just passed round what I knew & that was we had a strong mission and amazing makeup to which you can earn an income by joining!
I starting at the bottom, when I was earning nothing, 0 knowledge & 2 or so team members.... I now at 22, have a team of over 1000, last year was one of the first months that I earned my goal amount, the pay I wished I could once earn & aim to be at one of the top statuses of the company by the end of this year.
I am writing this as I know a lot of people are curious or interested but haven't asked anything about what we do... I'd love you to just find out more about what we do or just ask a few questions, this has truly changed my life and not only the fact my job is doing what I love most but also I get to share this opportunity and change others lives is the most rewarding thing!
Our company started in 2013 yet we are already known as one of the fastest growing in network marketing!
Since I joined in 2014, in not even 3 years time our quality, products & overall company has developed massively. Our product quality in my mind has almost doubled.
Our company aren't just great quality and lovely colouring with products to suit all skin types but also have some products which are suitable for vegans but also hypo-allergenic products!
One of the main reasons I love this company is we are mission based company, our mission of (uplift - empower - validate women all over the globe) was built before we had any products!
Our mission is also a foundation, The Younique Foundation... this is a retreat created for all survivors of sexual abuse.
I feel that this is a huge reason why I love being a part of this company as we stand for something so so strong.
