Head for the beach and you’re bound to bump into a friendly market trader on the first Sunday of every month. If you are looking for some fresh produce and a way to support local people, look no further, you've come to the right place! Llanelli Beach Market has something for everyone, This event boasts a free-spirited family vibe that can be felt throughout this beach side community. Here you will find countless vendors of fresh produce, tasty ready to eat meals, unique homemade arts and crafts, face-painting, bouncy castle and live music to help set the tone for a fun and exciting family day out.

At all our events we pride ourselves in hand selecting fresh, unique, vintage, retro, home & handmade, the quirky & curious. This event will also include an environmental, ethnic, vegan & vegetarian influence.

Samples are readily available to help you decide what tasty treats you will be carrying home with you, but don’t fill up too fast as there is an array of food & beverage options available for brunch/lunch as well at Flanagan’s Coastline Café, on the first floor of the Discovery Centre, it has excellent beach views, especially from the outside balcony tables. North Dock ice cream kiosk has patio furniture for you to relax while you soak in the magnificent sea views overlooking the Gower Peninsula.

An easy walk from Llanelli train station & the town centre, even a cycle path taking you to Swansea and Carmarthen! Amongst the many market stalls are also many attractions with nine miles of accessible paths from the Discovery Centre located at North Dock in Llanelli. There are pleasant places for families to rest and picnic along the coastline and on the beach front, inside the centre is a staffed information desk, a wheelchair-accessible lift and a designated toilet on the ground floor.use the Discovery Centre and its information desk as a starting point. There are Blue Badge parking FREE spaces, pay & display parking is available too (where there is a 90p per hour charge).
