Founded by Simon Torode in January 2006, Guernsey-born Simon returned to the island in 2001 following a successful career in London as an advertising creative. Simon realised there was a way to integrate creative presentation with property. He knew that people buying and selling their homes wanted more from their estate agent. With an extensive knowledge of property, photography and creative brand design, Simon has always been the driving force in Livingroom's unique and cutting edge brand positioning and development.

Livingroom has cemented its leading position within the Guernsey property market. The figures speak for themselves: boasting on average 30% of all sales on the island (an admirable result where the island has 28 estate agents) and an ever increasing portion of the lettings market.

The multi-award winning team works with vendors and purchasers across the broadest range of Local and Open Market properties in the Channel Island of Guernsey.
