I coach with a focus on the home as the foundation of life. Space coaching is about the relationship between you, your home and your way of life. It focuses on what home means to you, what you want for your home and how that supports your sense of self.

How we live in our space affects how we live in our life. Our environment affects our wellbeing. Our living space says a lot about what we care about and how much we care about ourselves. It is an extension of our self and a reflection of our self. It holds us and resources us.

Space coaching includes:

decisions and feelings around next moves, new houses and old homes;
how much you feel at home and the relationships within it;
how you use your space, organise yourself and manage stuff, and work/home boundaries ;
visioning and designing how you want your living space to be different.
