Livesey Personal Training

I am open for personal training in 12 weeks time and looking to book up clients now.
I will be a qualified personal trainer, qualified in Kettlebell training, powerwave training and Olympic lifting. I offer services to help lose weight, burn fat, build muscle, gain fitness, increase strength and also any fighter prepping for upcoming tournaments/fights etc. I can also offer nutritional advice and also have access to my own facility which we can train at.
