Here at our yoga studio we offer a space to relax, unwind and socialise. We offer warm, quiet and comfortable, fully equipped surroundings in a convenient location in Bangor. Our sessions are facilitated by experienced health professional teachers to help you align both your body and mind.
Our services include relaxation, stress relief, breath work, postural alignment, balance improvement as well as strength and flexibility. Our sessions can include one or a combination of elements to offer an holistic approach to people of all abilities.
