My little business started when I was maternity leave when I was decorating my daughters nursery with personalised prints that I had made for her. When friends became interested I decided to open up an online shop. Over the passed 2 years my little business has expanded from new baby gifts to weddings and anniversaries, seasonal gifts, home decor and more! I am absolutely living my dream working from home and doing what I love love love! I am 100% grateful to everyone who is supporting me and my little business so thank you <3

All items ship within 1-3 business days!! If you need an order by a specific date please contact me to discuss options.

All of my prints are made to order, which means every design is adapted to use the customers own choice of wording and colours. I always make sure I work as quickly as possible to get the customers order shipped asap but creating beautiful, bespoke prints is top priority, so I do appreciate your patience in receiving your custom prints!

I pride myself on making personalised prints for all occasions. This means that if you see a design in my listings that you may like for another occasion please feel free to contact me to discuss. I have used many of the designs for multiple occasions. For example, the 'Square Baby Name Prints' have been adapted for Christenings and also Wedding gifts, so if you do like a design that appears to be for one occasion - the wording and colours can be changed to suit the occasion you are buying for. Also, if a product has been listed at a certain size, this can also be changed to suit your needs. I print at three different sizes: 20x20cm, 8x10inches, and A4 sizes. I do not send invoices or receipts with the products, as they are emailed upon purchase. All orders are hand printed, carefully cut to size, and packaged by lil' ol' me in board backed envelopes. All orders are packaged alongside a piece of card for extra support in white tissue paper. Fragile stickers are attached to all envelopes which also have 'Please do not bend' on them.

Payment:
Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is expected immediately upon check out.

I currently accept PayPal and Credit/Debit, both of which can be used in the Etsy/PayPal Check-Out system. Please note, you do not need a paypal account to pay, you simply need a credit or debit card.

For custom orders, a deposit of at least £10 is expected before the design is created, depending on the estimated cost will depend on deposit amount. Please contact me directly for this.

If after 2 days payment is not received and no communication is received regarding your order and/or payment, I will cancel the sale to recoup my fees. Thanks for your understanding and prompt payments!

Shipping:
*I always try to work as quickly as I can to ensure prints are sent out promptly. My usual delivery time from ordering to posting is 1-3 days. This is dependent on how quickly I receive approval for the design once I've emailed a proof to the email address provided. If there are any delays you will be notified.

*Delivery is always sent Royal Mail 1st Class to the UK and standard shipping worldwide.
P&P costs are as follows:
UK delivery - £1.00
Worldwide delivery - £4.00

For signed for or next day delivery please contact me directly.

*After receiving your order along with your personalised wording I will create the design and email a proof to the email address provided. If I do not receive approval within 3 days I will post the print out as I have created it.

*Likewise when I send a proof of design and approval is given to me I will send out your product. If you notice any spelling or wording errors once you've received the print, there will be a £2.50 charge for a reprint. To avoid this please check through wording and spelling very carefully.

* I will need proof of lost or damaged items before I post out a replacement.

* I will ship to the address provided on the order invoice, it is up to the buyer to keep their address up to date. If you require me to send the print to a different address please contact me as soon as you've placed the order.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the personalised nature of my products, refunds are not accepted. Deposits on custom orders are also non-refundable. However, if you have an issue with your work, please contact me and we will figure something out! Customer service is high-priority and I love making my customers happy.

As mentioned previously, I always send a proof of design to the customer prior to posting to ensure all information is correct. If there is a problem with the print once it has been received there is an additional charge of £2.50 for a reprint.
