Little Messi's Football School (Escola) is the only football school in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas to be officially linked with Aston Villa FC Academy. By due diligence we were identified as having the best club structure, being the highest achiever and having created the friendliest environment where children could feel as if they were free to come and play, learn and be creative without fear of making mistakes. Considerations included:
1. Our Football Development Program offers parents the reassurance of knowing there is a plan to guide their children’s football playing experience from the time they enter the program to the end of their youth playing experience. However far children journey our Player Development Curriculum manages every step of the way. At the same time the activities are recreational, fun and stimulating.
2. Coaches continued commitment to their own development - the better the coach the better the player!
3. The Club philosophy focuses upon player development in the long term - what they achieve in the future depends upon practicing the right things now!
4. Shortlisted for Outstanding contribution to grass roots youth football in last years Northants FA Awards.
5. A track record of maximising players potential to help them be as good as they can be and want to be.
