Lithoscapes archaeological research foundation® is an innovative, independent educational charity set up in 2012 to make the archaeological lithic record—our most enduring evidence for past human activity—resilient and useful to present and future generations.

It aims to undertake studies in lithic analysis, interpretation and curation, promote standards and best practice, educate and advise on all aspects of our lithic heritage, and encourage interaction between the public, commercial and academic archaeology as well as key decision-makers.
