Lightcliffe Pre-School

Our fundamental aim is to ensure that every child who joins us has a happy time here. It is a big step meeting other children, mastering new skills and learning to trust new adults, so giving all our children a fun and rewarding time is so important.

Our staff are all highly qualified and very experienced and more importantly, mums themselves so they know exactly what it is like for your little person – and for you as their parent.

As well as being Ofsted Registered (EY355838), we are also part of the Yorkshire & Humber Initiative called 'Steps to Quality' a fantastic program designed around the basic principals of Childcare. Our team were awarded Steps 1 in 2011.
The 5 modules are made up of the following standards associated with the Investors in Children quality assurance scheme:
