Life's Little Puzzles is a unique concept in helping children and adults regain control of their lives.
Lisa Walker started Life's Little Puzzles after realising that a single approach is sometimes not enough in helping overcome the anxieties and stresses of everyday life.
Life'sLittle Puzzles is composed of three areas that came be used on their own, or in combination to provide the best programme to help you regain control and find the right balance to your life:
• Behavioural Analysis – a scientific approach to improving behaviour
• Mini Me Yoga – yoga and positive thinking for children and their families
• Mindfulness – taking control and finding the balance in everyday life
