Life Balance Studio

Life Balance studio provides yoga, holistic therapies and healing. We offer help for body mind and spirit within. The studio provides a full range of different yoga classes for all levels and all are welcome. Our workshops are there to help us understand and get through our daily lives and the challenges that we all have in the hope to make it easier to manage. We cover mindfulness, mental well-being, CBT, depression, anxiety and holistic therapies. We also have spiritual healing for when you have seen doctors and they can not help you. Problems of a physic or spiritual nature. Spiritual healing can help with the following work, relationship, health, addictions and finances or when you have problems that need help from above.
