Guest Access - Meet and greet, you can access the apartment between 3pm and 5pm on day of arrival, and guest need to leave by 11am on the day of departure - unless agreed with host. Please note there is access to the gym ONLY if booking is more than 5 days or more.The property will be fully managed from arrival of stay and 24 hour on site staff to ensure the complex is secure and quiet throughout your stay.

N.B: Prior to Booking Photo ID passport/Drivers Licence must be sent
Prior to booking Proof of address/Utility bill must be sent
Both ID and Proof of address must be in the name of the person who makes the booking

On exchange of the keys - ID MUST be shown before keys are Handed over, and MUST be in the same name as the guest who made the booking, this ensures that you and us Have given the keys to the correct person
