I have been a yoga student since 1998 when I began to practice for gentle exercise & stress relief. I soon realised how much yoga had to offer.
I have been teaching since 2010 and am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
All of my classes offer a hands on approach to yoga and give everybody the opportunity to explore it's benefits & to develop their own practice. I feel lucky to be able to share this beautiful practice with you.
