Double Bedroom
It is a light and airy bedroom with two sash windows, high ceiling and original features. The well equipped dining kitchen and large bright lounge are shared as is the use of bathroom, shower and a separate toilet.

There's a TV with top box in your room (which doubles as a costume room so there a few eccentricities in there!) There is a good quality double bed with a nice, comfortable mattress.

Second Floor Flat (the only flat in Chapel Allerton on the digs list)

There is a double bedroom and open plan living room with beautiful oak veneer floor. The living room has a single day bed to accommodate a second person visiting your flat The compact kitchen leads to curved shower room with basin and WC. Architect designed attic has authentic exposed beams, wooden floors and an abundance of charm.

Other Features
Gas central heating, washing machine, broadband and warm welcome. A pretty, secluded garden with stone patio and BBQ and owls from December onwards! There is a pretty, but slightly dysfunctional kitten (5 months in Jan 2016) called Hendricks.
