Leeds Pilates Centre

The Leeds Pilates Centre is a highly regarded and modern Pilates studio located to the north west of Leeds in the Mercure Parkway Hotel.

For more than 15 years we have primarily focused on reformer Pilates exercises and each of our teachers have a minimum of 10 years teaching experience.

We have featured on BBC radio and have been written about widely in magazines and in the national press. We have taught clients ranging from Yorkshire coal miners to European royalty. Many of our clients have been recommended by hospitals, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, GP's, back pain clinics and most importantly, word of mouth. We have also taught and helped clients in Pilates studios that we opened in North America and Spain.

Joseph Pilates spent the last 40 years of his life teaching his exercises on Pilates equipment and he believed this to be more effective at targeting specific goals and needs than large matwork classes. We continue with that legacy and strive to make our equipment sessions available and affordable.

Leeds Pilates Centre operates as a pay as you go Pilates studio and there are no monthly or annual membership fees.
