(All services and packages are tailored to the individual. It is recommended that the client train with Lee at least 2-3 times per week for the training to have the desired effect. Personal Trainer, Lee Brealey, will give his honest opinion with regard to time frames to see results, clients must acknowledge this but do not have to be acted upon. Thank you.)
