Lean with me is a Fitness Centre in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Our 8 week programmed consists of 3 personal training sessions a week that will revolve around you and your busy schedule. We will work together to create a personalized diet plan to optimize weight loss and will also build an individual gym session workout that you will be able to do in your spare time when you are not with your trainer. We will give you a personalized diet plan and exercise sessions that allow you to train while you're not with your trainer. Don't fear that holiday anymore, get into shape in record time with us.
