Lincoln City FC Imps in the Community

Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust is a registered charity whose work is regulated by The Football League Trust which governs the community work of every Football League club in the country.

Formerly known as Football In The Community, the Trust changed its business name in 2010 to more accurately reflect the broader nature of its work, while still retaining its strong partnership with parent club Lincoln City FC.

Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust works in many sectors of the local community delivering a wide range of sport and activities aimed at improving health and social well-being, including primary school curriculum PE, after-school clubs, holiday coaching courses and young player development centres. Plus, the Trust provides a wide range of specialist services, including an expanding disability programme, a recently launched mental health project, social inclusion programmes in schools, leadership awards, activities for the elderly, fund-raising activities, inter-school cup competitions, birthday parties, stadium tours and much more.

The Trust also has the full backing of the football club and Lincoln City’s first team management and players regularly visit schools, clubs and other community activities to support the Trust’s work.
