Laura Wilson Sports Therapy

I’m a graduate Sports Therapist from the University of Huddersfield with over 5 years experience of providing sports injury treatment, massage and rehabilitation. I have previously worked at Huddersfield Giants RLFC and England Rugby League during previous Four Nations and World Cup tournaments.

Working at the Lifestyle Studios I provide consultation, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of both sport and non sport related injuries. Particular treatments include; deep and soft tissue massage, trigger pointing and myofascial release, muscle energy technique, exercise rehabilitation and kinesio taping.
