Langthorne's Buffalo Farm Shop & Cafe

Award winning buffalo & rare breeds farm in the village of Brompton, Northallerton. Large farm shop selling their own wide range of meats, home made gourmet sausages, home cured bacon and their hugely popular buffalo burgers. The shop also sells fresh free-range eggs, local vegetables and dry goods. The cafe is open for teas, coffees & home baked cakes during the week, with fish and chip supper on Thursday nights (eat in or takeaway) and the spectacular roast dinner with all the trimmings on Sundays. The farm property includes the site of the famous Battle of the Standard, which took place in 1138AD. Farm tours are available by advance booking.
