New fit club started
24 Fit Club and Active Nutrition comes
to Langland Bay Golf Club

Hi guys

... Enjoy an exercise training event every Wednesday between 11.20 – 12.30 in the clubhouse at Langland Bay Golf Club.
40 minute of free exercise for Men & Women and all fitness levels. No equipment involved, just using your body weight to help tone.
This class is unique to South Wales where we will not only be getting fit and healthy but also assisting with your golf and core stability.
After the exercise, we will be having an active nutrition club, where you will have a nutritious post training shake and fat burning herbal beverage.
You can also have additional wellness evaluation (that’s your body weight, body fat %, muscle mass weight, hydration levels and to be told how many calories you need per day).

The cost for this is just £5 per class. Please book your place with Andrew in the main office or text me chris on 07584415534 , Why not bring a friend along too.

Classes will start Wednesday 29th May. Unfortunately due to Open Week we will miss Wednesday 5th May, but they will start back on the following Wednesday .
Christian Owen and members of the 24 Sports TV team will be conducting the classes.
Golf related nutrition and core stability advice for Golf will be given by Andrew Minty.
