At Ladies That Lift our aim is to help you help yourself reach your true potential physically, mentally and emotionally. We use CrossFit as a tool to address exercise, nutrition, weight management, confidence and self development. We are focussed on building the female network of CrossFitters across the UK through our workshops and products in order for as many women as possible to experience CrossFit in the same life changing way we have.
This is not about ‘girl power’ or a feminist movement, we are just celebrating the fact that we are women and sharing our passion to be the best people we can be. Men and women are different, we know that but it seems that it can often be forgotten in coaching, so we are here to change that. We have different needs and motives, we move differently and we all learn in different ways so we ensure that we not only coach you on a personal level but we explain the whys and hows, we give you all the skills you need to help yourself continually get better.
