LA fitness (Southampton)

LA fitness Southampton is a friendly gym with excellent facilities and enthusiastic staff focused on helping you achieve your goals. Facilities include Cardiovascular machines, Resistance machines, free-weights area, spin studio and main studio.

Wet facilities consist of a sauna, steam room and pool, complete with specially designed swimming programmes. There are 52 studio classes to participate in each week, varying from yoga, pilates, body balance to the specially designed Alesha Dixon dance fusion and Zumba.
