LA fitness (Shawsbridge)

Located on the ring road between south and east Belfast, the Shaw's Bridge club is very convenient for members attending classes, the gym or the pool. Whatever the time of day, be it before or after work or during the day, our gym and class timetable has plenty to offer!

The club has a friendly & relaxed atmosphere and is therefore a comfortable environment for anyone new to exercise or returning to it after a spell out! Our friendly team of LA coaches are on hand to assist you with your exercise goals, however modest or ambitious these may be! A choice of exercise options coupled with ongoing support from staff means you won't get bored easily! Facilities include 20m pool, sauna, steam room, recently upgraded gym, spin studio, dance studio with over 40 exercise classes per week, personal training services, close location to Lagan Towpath for keen runners, cafe bar, sport therapist in-house & comprehensive exercise programmes included in the membership.
