please note ,,if you wish to cancel an order and the goods have already been dispatched, you must return them to us at your own cost.
You can return products (except for certain products, as explained below) for a refund, excluding the original delivery charge, if you return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt. The cost of returning the item(s) is at your expense.
Unfortunately there are certain products that we are unable to accept as returns,
Returned products must be in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments and shoes are only tried indoors.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, in a fully re-saleable condition. Items must not have been used in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re-saleable or if any of the above terms have been breached.
Please return with a note stating name, email address and Invoice Number highlighting the Returns Reason.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the goods are received. Please note, each card processor varies in how many days it takes them to credit the money back to your card.
Any returns after the 7 days no refund or exchange will be offered.
We will under no circumstances offer a refund or exchange on any items if any problems are reported after 48 hours of receiving...which can be checked via online tracking.
No returns or Refund will be given after 28 days in any circumstances.
ANY in-stock SALE items that are discounted are NOT refundable or returnable
Please note all pre-orders or special orders will be non returnable as they have been ordered or made especially for you.
All swimwear is non retunable due to hygeine reasons
We can also offer payment plans,things can be tight so we like to lighten the load we take a deposit (which is non returnable) and you can then pay off for your items affordably weekly that way we can all have some La Boutique glam.We also offer La Boutique to you,we come to your home,office or where you want a bring our fabulous collections with us as the host you will recieve a percentage off as do your guests that order on the night,fashion friends!
