L M Townsend Ltd was formed in 2007 by Lyndon Townsend. He has been in the Construction Industry since leaving school in 1972, when he took a 3yr Advanced City & Guilds Course in Brickwork & Site Management. After passing the course he managed a brickwork gang building new houses for various large National Construction Companies. In 1992 he ventured in to Barn Conversions, Bespoke New Builds & Factory Units due to the collapse in the New Housing Market. In 1998 he joined Serfis Construction, in a supervisory role, setting out & managing various groundworks on Public Sector Properties. Then in 2002 he joined Panache Developments Ltd as Contracts Manager for various refurbishment & development projects in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Devon & London. Specialising in both commercial & domestic properties, from Grade 2 listed Estate homes to 30 Bedroom Beautique style hotels & Restaurants. Since 2007 he has managed his own small building company, working on various projects around the country, contracts ranging from 5k - 250k. His company continues to strive to carry out high quality work for many satisfied clients, employing his local tradesmen who are keen to impress with their skills & take care with clients needs & requirements.
