K.T.M. Services is a registered company and has been trading since 1981.

Based in Surrey my experience extends through all aspects of the electrical trade, i.e. cat 5 wiring, heating wiring, phone wiring, door entry systems, nurse call & fire alarms as well as the General Electrical Installs.

I work all over the London, Surrey and nearby counties and in 40 years or so in the construction industry, I have acquired vast knowledge of all trades.

I am fully qualified to City & Guilds 2381 17th edition IEE regs: 2006, and have completed the E.M.S. wireless training courses. I go on refresher courses to keep up to date with the latest technologies and methods in the industry to offer the best service.

I have many direct customers some of which have happily used me for 30 or so years. The direct work is more house and extension wiring with occasional small office refurbishes. Since 2004 I have focused on fire alarm contracts as well as electrical sub-contract work. I now have several service contracts, majority being HMO’s. & care homes. Also I maintain & install for a few schools.
