Krav Maga Stockport

30 years in martial arts, Dr Mike Jones first trained in Krav Maga in Israel in the 80s. A master of martial arts, Mike competed in MMA at a high level and has taught for 15 years.

Mike brings his own experience into his KM training having studied Systema, Kali Silat and Aikido to a high level. Mike gained his trainers qualification under the legendary Tony Bradley of KMNW. Having a first class OU degree in psychology, Mike likes to bring an understanding of violent behaviour into his teaching.

He says,"I believe that everyone, irrespective of fitness, gender and disability should know some Krav Maga. Besides keeping you safe, a knowledge of this system will make anyone a more confident and competent person.
