Krav Maga Elite Midlands

A Star Krav Maga was established in June 2011 by Alan Dennis to provide the highest possible level of Krav Maga training in the Centre of England. Alan is currently a G5 Instuctor for adults and children. Recently, we have grown to a partnership with our Director of Operations, Wayne Hubball, running the day to day business and Alan, our Director of Training Standards, in charge of Krav Maga training delivered to our students and running the A Star Krav Maga Instructor Team.

We currently operate across Staffordshire and Shropshire and run 9 classes per week (Stoke On Trent, Stafford, Cannock, Newcastle under Lyme and Telford). In Spring 2013, we will be expanding and opening Krav Maga classes in Crewe, Chester and Shrewsbury. We offer classes for both adults and children.

The A Star Krav Maga Junior programme provides self defence training in a fun learning environment for children aged 5 to 26 years old. In a new and exciting venture, we are working in partnership with Churnetview Middle School in Leek, Stafordshire to provide after school clubs for children in years 5 and 6.

- To provide a family atmosphere, which gives our members the optimum level of Krav Maga training through a structured approach, in safe and secure environments
- To guide each of our members to a healthy, more self-assured and safer lifestyle

All of our Instructors attend regular instructor update training with members of the KMG Global Team and Alan also trains at the KMG world headquarters in Netanya-Israel, minimum once a year. Alan has trained in Krav Maga since the age of 10 (15 years experience) and has trained and been tested by the KMG Global Team on numerous occasions. Alan is particularly proud of the experience he has gained from training with Eyal Yanilov, the KMG Chrief Instructor.

We have a family ethos at A Star Krav Maga and want to work with our members to understand their individual reasons for learning Krav Maga and to help them focus towards achieving their own personal training goals.
