Knott End Cafe

At Knott End Cafe we are proud to offer that home made style of food with locally bought produce, supporting our local economy as much as we can. All our meats are home cooked and all pies, baked dishes and confectionery are baked freshly here on the premises.
Our family have run this business continuously since 1946, when the cafe was still part of the railway station, built in 1908 as the terminus of Garstang and Knott End Railway. Passenger trains ran until 1930 only, with the last goods train leaving in 1950. Please enjoy our collection of photographs showing the railway and the ferry as they were in those times.
