Where Is Knoll Court?

Knoll Court is in central Newcastle. We are located just 3 minutes away from Northumbria University City Campus and a short walk to Newcastle University, the City centre and the Quayside.

What’s included?
All rooms have an en-suite shower room with WC; your rent includes all utility bills (water, and electricity) as well as broadband, Wi-Fi and Contents Insurance. We have an on-site laundry room, bike storage and an on-site maintenance and management team that are always happy to help. Out of hours, there is an emergency call out service for your peace of mind.

You are welcome to come and visit us for a full tour of the facilities any time Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm. All you need to do is let us know a day and time that suits you and we will do the rest!

How do you book?
To reserve a room you simply need to fill out the booking form which is available on our website, send it back to us via email and pay your £250 booking fee. To pay the booking fee our bank details are at the bottom of the booking form. Please use your name as a reference.
