Sports massage / 60 minutes £30 / 90 minutes £40
This massage isn’t just for the gym enthusiast or athletes. Although this massage will help them to prevent injuries and gear them for an event this massage is also beneficial to help anyone relieve stress and tension whilst working into the muscles and using techniques to stretch the fascia which also surrounds the muscles.

Sports specific massage / 20 minutes £15
This is ideal for those with a specific area that’s in need of attention. Whether it is the back, arms or the legs.

Deep tissue massages / 60 minutes £30
Using deep tissue techniques this is suitable for those who want a deeper pressured massage and therefore this massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. The pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles.

Leg and foot massage 40 minutes £23
This foot and leg massage stimulates not only the muscles, which are directly being rubbed, but also gives a positive effect on the whole body. This massage is ideal for drainage of the legs and draining the fluid up towards the lymph nodes if the leg and foot is swollen.

Back neck and shoulder massage / 30 minutes £20
Spending days hunched over a computer, behind a driving wheel, or simply sitting with a bad posture, puts a lot of pressure in the neck and shoulder, resulting in stiff shoulders, lack of flexibility in the neck and headaches.

Uplifting Body massage – full body 50 minutes £28
Distress with this massage which includes back, legs, working the feet and arms and the neck and shoulders helping to relax and the gliding techniques will encourage an overall state of well being and relaxation.

Ultimate Bliss massage / 80 minutes £35
This massage will enable you to fully relax and forget the world as it passes you by. It will help to relieve stress and unwanted tension. This treatment includes back, legs to include a foot massage, leading to the arms and hands, as well as the shoulders and neck and to finish with a scalp massage. This ultimate massage will send you into a state of bliss and ultimately leaving you relaxed.
