Cancellation policy
We do have a strict cancellation policy that any treatment that you wish to cancel needs to be done 24hrs prior to the treatment, if you cancel within less than 24hrs you will be charged 50% of the treatment price, this also apply s to people who do not show up for their appointment. We at KL-Retreat do not like having to do this to all our lovely clients but it is our livelihood.all cancellations must be made by phone and not by messaging us on facebook.
