After over 10 years of practising Yoga I qualified as a Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga Teacher.
I have experienced huge mental and physical benefits through my Yoga practice and now have the pleasure of passing this on through my Classes, workshops and Retreats.
My practice and teaching is mainly rooted in Vinyasa Flow, a freedom of physical expression reconnecting you to your calm. Flowing through poses with the breath there will be options for all levels to leave you feeling both energised and relaxed, giving you space from the hectic modern lives most of us lead.
