Kings Youth Hostel

On the slopes of the Cader Idris mountain range and in its own wooded ravine, Kings is the perfect affordable accommodation for individuals, families and groups. Kings Youth hostel is open all year round for people of all ages. This part of southern Snowdonia is a fantastic base for fans of outdoor pursuits and those looking to relax and unwind amidst breathtakingly spectacular scenery. We offer both hostel rooms,(dormitories and private rooms) and a small tranquil campsite. Nearby is the world class mountain biking centre Coed-y-Brenin, miles of sandy beaches, steam railways and castles galore. Cader Idris and the popular Mawddach estuary trail can be accessed directly from our grounds. We are fully licensed and offer an affordable bar and homemade meals including breakfast, packed lunch and evening meals. Guests can of course chose to self cater (not alcohol) or indeed mix and match for the ultimate in flexibility and personal choice.
