Kiln Park Caravan Seaside Holidays

A spacious Deluxe, 8 berth caravan located less than a minute walk from the main entertainment complex and 10 minutes from the beach and Tenby town; this is your perfect spot for that family or group holiday. We pride ourselves on providing a ‘home away from home’ where you can enjoy your holiday in comfort, and with the caravan boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, it makes it ideal for large families or even groups of friends.
Booking directly with the owner not only saves you hundreds of pounds off brochure prices but also allows you to see where you will be staying and which area of the park before you arrive rather than an allocation on arrival basis.

The caravan
3 Bedrooms: 1 x master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe/ 2 x twin single bedrooms (single beds can be pushed together to create a double if preferred). Both twin rooms have over bed storage cupboard. All bedrooms have panel electric radiators.

Pull out double bed also available in the lounge which sleeps a further 2 adults comfortably.

Two separate toilets: Bathroom containing shower, wash hand basin and toilet / Separate second toilet with wash hand basin

Kitchen area: Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Toaster, Sandwich maker, Kettle, Cooker. Pots / Pans and cutlery are provided as well as plates, bowls, cups and glasses. You should find all the utensils you need.

Lounge / Diner: Large, modern lounge with ample seating. Gas fire, TV / DVD Player with free view and a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. Board games, playing cards. Dining table and seating

Cupboard housing boiler, mop, sweeping brush, vacuum cleaner and ironing board.

A fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted for your safety in the caravan. All rooms have electric panel heaters and the lounge has a cosy gas fire.

Though all bedrooms have pillows and duvets, bottom sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers are NOT provided and we require that the guest brings their own for hygiene purposes.
Hand towels, bath towels and toiletries are also not provided.

Fun passes are not included in the letting price and would need to be purchased on site at reception should you wish to use the park facilities.
Off peak – 7 nights £22 per adult and £11 per child / 3 or 4 nights £18 per adult and £9 per child
Peak (summer holidays and school holidays) – 7 nights £31 per adult and £16 per child / 3 or 4 nights £26 per adult and £13 per child.
